"I called this agency twice asking for Marilyn due to good reviews. Didn't hear back the 1st time. The 2nd time they said I would send a message. I got a call back from Charles Smith. We talked at 1pm regarding home owners insurance. He said ok how about we schedule an appt for 2pm today. I thought that was odd since we were already on the phone, but thats ok. 2pm rolls around and no call. Still have no call. Super disappointing- I rely heavily on reviews and this place didnt live up to them at all"

"My agent, Charles, messed up my VIN number when giving it to the DMV. This led to my registration being suspended for weeks and I had to pay a fine. They wouldn’t admit their fault or pay the fine and I had to go to the DMV to actually figure out why my insurance wasn’t going through. Not a helpful agency and extremely unprofessional. Also, he just talked at me the whole time rather than have a conversation with me."
